Delivery Policy

At The C Galleries, every order is carefully prepared and handled with the attention it deserves. Our cakes and delicate creations are delivered with care to help ensure they arrive in beautiful condition.

Cake & Product Delivery

We offer local delivery across Auckland Tuesday to Friday 10am to 2pm, with delivery availability depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout where available. For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

For custom cakes and larger orders, a specific delivery time or window may be arranged with you in advance.

Delivery Details

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address.

Our delivery team will take reasonable care when transporting and handing over your order. Once the order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

For cakes, we recommend placing the cake on a flat, stable surface and keeping it refrigerated where appropriate until shortly before serving.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible on the day of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Delays & Access

We aim to deliver within the agreed delivery window. Occasionally, circumstances outside our control—including traffic, weather, road closures or unexpected delivery delays—may affect arrival times.

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and that our driver has reasonable access to the property.

If no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery or waiting fees may apply, or the order may need to be returned to our kitchen for collection.

Customer Responsibility

Once a cake or delicate product has been handed over in good condition, The C Galleries cannot be responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, transportation, storage, heat, weather conditions or failure to follow care instructions.
